Our accommodation is located in a safe and quiet residential area with free parking. Most of the time there is free parking very close by. However, in the evening hours and on weekends it can sometimes be more difficult. 

Private parking in the courtyard (On Request, Free)
If you would like to use a parking space in the courtyard, just let us know no later than 4pm on the day of arrival and we can reserve a parking space for you, subject to availability. Parking directly in front of the courtyard entrance is sometimes also possible for shorter stays. When booking the apartment, depending on the size of the vehicle, 2 vehicles can also be parked in the courtyard free of charge.

With our free high-speed WiFi, you can surf the internet at approx. 150 Mbit/s download* and 50 Mbit/s upload* speed.

* Actual Internet download speed measured with an Apple Iphone 7. Depending on the end device and position in the room, the download and upload rates may vary.  The available bandwidth can also often be used alone (in contrast to many hotels). Higher speeds may also be possible with newer end devices (and supported WiFi standards), as our Internet bandwidth delivers between 250-300 Mbit/s on average measured at the router.

👶 Baby Cot 120 X 60 CM (0-4 years approx.):

Includes changing pad, comfortable travel cot mattress, comforter, pillow, bedding & mattress protector. Couch surface height adjustable with 2nd level (gentle on back). Thanks to the zipper on the side, the children's travel bed easily becomes a play center. All textiles are tested for harmful substances (Green Button or OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified) and suitable for allergy sufferers. Max. Weight approx. 15 kg. Model: Hauck Sleep N Play Center.

Our two rooms have a low noise level of about 28-30 dB* at night as well as during the day (decibel table for comparison).  The Sendling-Westpark district belongs to the quieter neighborhoods in Munich and is located about 6 km from the city center (Marienplatz). Nevertheless, the city center can be reached quickly by public transport (about 20 min.). Our accommodation is also located in a side street with little traffic. However, due to the old construction, our accommodation is relatively clairaudient. So if there are guests in the house who are less considerate in terms of noise, you will notice something. Fortunately, this happens only rarely. At night at the latest, it is very quiet in the vast majority of cases.

In our basement there is a laundry room with 2 washing machines (detergent included), 2 tumble dryers + laundry baskets and a drying room with drying racks + iron.

Please let us know if you want to wash or dry. We will be happy to explain the machines to you. 

🕙 Hours of use:
Because of night rest time please enter the basement only from 8 - 10 pm. If the laundry room door is closed, the machines can continue to run at night, but please do not enter the cellar until the next morning. Thank you

Please let us know your desired check-in time (regular check-in time is from 3-10 pm).

Unfortunately we can only provisionally confirm an earlier check-in time as this always depends on when the guests check out that day (before 11 am or later). Usually a check-in between 12.30 and 1 pm should not be a problem. If your desired check-in time is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible. As a rule, however, not earlier than the evening before and not later than 9 - 10 am in the morning on the day of arrival. If you have not heard anything else from us by then, your specified time is considered confirmed.

Please let us know your desired check-out time until no later than 1 day before checkout day.

Service is subject to availability. Most of the time a check-out between 12 and 1 pm should not be a problem. You will always receive a secure confirmation from us 1 day before departure at about 9 am by mail.

Together with our new partner Welcome Pickups we now offer direct transfers from the airport to our accommodation and return (or other pickup locations/destinations). We think they are offering a very good service at a fair price. Sometimes even cheaper than regular taxis (depending on pickup location and time/date of your arrival).
