Private Munich Guesthouse – Budget-Friendly Private Rooms

The 'Lion Homestay Munich' accommodation in the Sendling-Westpark district has two private rooms that share a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower on the same floor. The house was built in 1935 and after the last renovation has received some exotic, especially African style elements. Numerous other styles that give the house a special ambience have also been incorporated into the design of the accommodation.

Holiday apartment Munich in a charming single-family home

Since the first floor of our holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for guests, a stay almost feels like in an independent holiday apartment. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a kitchen and a separate entrance. A refrigerator shared with both guest rooms as well as crockery, cutlery and tea are available for self-catering. In addition, 1 drink of your choice & muesli / snacks are included in the price (per person and stay). Just book our two guest rooms as an apartment and the floor is all yours (except for a small room, the LION'S ROOM 😉).

Family room for 4 adults and 2 children

Our room № 1 also has a balcony with a view of our garden and the surrounding houses. Not only in summer you can enjoy your breakfast on the balcony, for example, or just relax and experience what it feels like to live close to the city, but still live quietly. Our room № 2 is dedicated to the British-Dutch actress Audrey Hepburn and there are many details and motifs of her.
